Principles of Building Digital Twins to Design Integrated Energy Systems

The design of integrated energy systems (IESs) is a challenging task by reason the highly complex configurations these systems, wide range equipment used, and diverse set mathematical models dedicated software employed to model it. use digital twins allows modeling in virtual space for various IES configurations. As result, an optimal option obtained, which implemented construction or expansion real-world IES. paper proposes principles building solving problems. presents new methodological approach developed authors with help its twin. This includes following components: architecture platform create twins, technologies tools implement platform, methods automatically construct twin based on Model-Driven Engineering concept, algorithm twin, organize computational process using multi-agent approach. results experiment implementation components are presented test supply scheme.
